To use The Emerald Heart, state that you are doing so along with your vote in your confessional. The last time it may be used is at the final 5 Tribal Council. In order to give The Emerald Heart to someone else, you must PM me saying you are doing so and the other person must say they are using it along with their vote in their confessional.
